Singles and Dating Therapy/Coaching
I specialize in therapy/coaching for those who are single and navigating the dating world because I’m aware of how challenging this can be. Regardless of age, gender, race or sexual orientation, dating can lead to a rollercoaster of emotions that may seem overwhelming. Dating can be fun, exciting and hopeful, but also confusing and frustrating. Figuring out all of the dating apps and coping with rejection, ghosting and bad dates can be exhausting.
Being single may lead to feelings of loneliness and isolation, feelings of lacking support or emotional connection, and feelings of being different from those around you. Those who are single may feel pressure to find a partner and/or have children, and may feel judged by others, including loved ones.
I provide a safe and non-judgmental space, as well as necessary support and acceptance for those of you who may be experiencing difficulties in navigating dating and single life.
I also provide coaching in order to help you with a variety of dating topics, for example: portraying yourself on dating apps, presenting yourself on a first date, coming up with creative date ideas, figuring out compatibility with a potential partner, navigating communication with dating partners, and more.
